much-needed change and encouraging his disciples to do the same. Can you imagine a world where future leaders claim
Jesus as their role model?

Isn’t that precisely how Jesus led? DELTA’s goal is to help you train young emerging leaders to follow closely in his footsteps
to continue changing the world.
NOTHING IMPORTANT EVER HAPPENS UNTIL SOMEONE STEPS FORWARD TO LEAD!
There is no shortage in this world of unfortunate situations that exist as a result of injustice, unfairness and/or an absence of compassion. Such circumstances are crying out for change, but there is definitely a shortage of bold, Christ-like leaders willing to step up and lead that change.
DELTA wants to do something about this void by equipping you
to inspire high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to be tomorrow’s leaders. DELTA is a full three-year, faith-based leadership training program, facilitated by you and designed
to teach emerging leaders the following:

How to lead like Jesus

How to be a dedicated disciple of Jesus

How to identify situations crying out for change
